Niekam nebeleisim iš mūsų atimti papročių ir žinojimo, kuriuos mums perdavė senoliai ir protėviai. Todėl merkiam kubilus, šutinam bačkas. Lai pakvimpa kiemai mentalo saldumu, malkų dūmais ir verdamo apynėlio garais. Tegul limpa grindys nuo košiamo alučio purslų. Traukim iš spintų senuosius šeimos receptus, visokias virtuvės gudrystes, nes sambariai tai dalinimosi metas, todėl dedam ant stalo ką turim geriausio ir kuo didžiuojamės. Dear neighbors and friends. We are announcing our celebration Sekminių Sambariai. This is not a typical beer festival. The roots of this celebration goes deep in to the essence of society, then shearing drink, food, work and fight was the main factor to be and survive. To our days, this celebration came, as the agricultural community building celebration before the hard work of the summer season. The beer was brewed from the last malt and the best food was prepared. And every member of community had his place under the roof and near the table. Today we are shearing different brewing traditions and techniques, recipes of family cuisine, we are shearing knowledge during the lectures, we are shearing our experience, songs, crafts ore our time by being together. So if you want to come and be part of it, you are well come, but don’t be just observers, be part of it, bring something to put on the table, to represent your country, region ore family, something what you are proud about and want to shear with the others.
